This antique French Julien Damoy brand jam jar dates from the late 19th/early 20th century and is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks
This stoneware, or white ironstone jar, was made by pottery KG Luneville for the confiture company whose headquarters were in Boulevard Sébastopol in Paris
The maker's mark on the base of the jar indicates that it was made between 1880 and 1920 - see infofaience.com/en/marks/luneville-marks
The jar is a rare, beautiful item that will add a touch of retro Parisian style to your home
